Returns:

Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be. 

Our Guarantee: 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free from manufacturer defects and will accept any defective item for exchange (no refund) provided it is returned to us with a valid proof of mailing within 48 hours of delivery to you. All merchandise is checked for defects prior to shipment and pictures scanned.

Items will be inspected and a determination will be made as to the cause of defect. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and claim. 

Non-Personalized Items:

Non- Personalized Items can be returned for a store credit provided they are unworn, washed, or altered in any way and must have the original tags attached. The items must be free of deodorant, perfume, make-up and other stains.

If your return does not meet the above criteria please don't attempt to return it as your return will be denied. If you receive something you did not order or your item appears to be defective in any way, please email westendmonogram@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of the package. All claims must be reported within 5 days with no exceptions.

To return a clothing item that meets the above criteria, please fill out our RMA FORM here. Send the form back to us with your return, the ship-date of the return must be within 7 days of receipt of the package. *Send the item and RMA Form to:

 Monogram and Personalized Items:

  All monogram and personalized items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged, so inspect your purchase order/ email before committing to an order.

Order Cancellation: 

Once an order is placed, West End begins processing the request very quickly; however, it may be possible to cancel and order during the processing period if done within 24 hours of the order. We will confirm via email if you have a valid cancellation. 

Once the order moved into Processing Department, it cannot be cancelled.

Out of Stock Items:

If any of the items  are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to wait for the out of stock item, substitute to another product, or cancel your order. Your credit card will only be charged for the items that have shipped.
